What you don't pay for

Your plan is the whole bill. When a family registers, that money is yours.

No per-registration fee
Sign up 80 players or 800 — your monthly price doesn't move. Nobody takes a percentage off the top of your registration revenue.
No setup or onboarding fee
You set the club up yourself, in the product, the same day you sign up. There's nothing to install and nobody to pay to configure it.
No contract to exit
Month-to-month if you want it. Change tiers or cancel from your settings page — no retention call required.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Nothing is due on day one, so we don't ask for a card to start. You'll add payment details when you decide to keep going — and if you don't, the trial simply ends.
What counts toward my club limit?
Clubs you own — standalone ones and any inside a league you own. Pouch and Roo cover a single club; Mob covers up to 8 and Boomer up to 32, and both let you own a league. A league plan covers the clubs inside it, so member clubs don't need their own subscription.
What happens if I outgrow my tier mid-season?
Change tiers from your settings page whenever you like. Stripe prorates the difference, so you pay for what you actually used. Nothing about your season has to pause.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your clubs and leagues are archived, not deleted. Resubscribe and they come back exactly as they were — rosters, schedules, history and all.
Do parents and coaches pay anything?
No. Only the club or league that runs the season pays. Families, coaches, volunteers and officials all use KickarooFC for free, and there's no per-seat charge for adding them.
